Chong Yi has over 25 years of experience with small businesses in roles spanning sales, marketing and operations. He helped manage and expand two family businesses during the 1980’s before entering the financial markets as a consultant with First Guarantee Mortgage, Provident Funding and International Business Investments. Having built a strong background with small business and finance, Mr. Yi added technology to his resume with UUNET Technologies as a National Account Manager. He helped his client base make strategic business decisions related to IT infrastructure and managed solutions. As one of the original founders and the Chief Executive Officer at Accelera Solutions, Mr. Yi oversees organizational operations including finance, HR, fulfillment, facilities and legal departments. He’s responsible for corporate accounting, compliance with financial and government regulations, maintaining C level relationships and overseeing an integrated set of processes to optimize the company’s financial reporting and compliance activities.

Michael Wing is a Co-Founder, President and COO at Accelera Solutions; Board Member at Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development; and Director at Lanco Integrated and is based in Greater Portland and Boston. He has worked as President at Carleton Inc and Director of External Programs at University of Southern Maine. Michael studied at University of New Hampshire between 1995 and 1997 and University of Southern Maine.

Steve Weiss is the Leading Edge Cloud and IT Modernization Solutions. Additionally, Mr. Weiss spent 20 years on active duty and in the Air Force Reserves. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Florida and a MS Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University.

Dr. Goldsmith has served as the Stephen Harris professor in the School of Engineering at Stanford University since 2012 and is director of Stanford’s Wireless Systems Laboratory. She has served as a professor, associate professor or assistant professor at Stanford University since January 1999. Dr. Goldsmith co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of Plume WiFi (formerly, Accerlera, Inc.) from August 2010 to August 2014 and Quantenna Communications, Inc. (formerly, mySource Communications, Inc.) from 2005 to 2009 and previously held positions at Maxim Technologies, MemoryLink Corporation and AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Previously, she was an assistant professor of Electrical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology. Dr. Goldsmith currently serves on the Board of Directors for Crown Castle International Corp. She is also co-principal investigator for the NSF Center for Science of Information and is on the technical advisory boards of Sequans Communications and Cohere Technologies. She is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Dr. Goldsmith is a frequent lecturer and writer regarding wireless technologies.
