What You'll Do As a Hospice RN Regional Manager, you will: Lead Quality Hospice Care: Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop, implement, and evaluate hospice care programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating, planning, and delivering exceptional hospice services. Supervise Interdisciplinary Teams: Oversee the interdisciplinary team (IDT), including orientation, scheduling, education, and support of all caregivers, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive patient care. Regularly evaluate patient services provided by the IDT to maintain the highest standards. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of hospice state licensure and federal regulations. Monitor services and documentation to ensure adherence to hospice policies and regulatory requirements. Foster Communication: Act as a liaison between the Clinical Director, IDT members, patients, families, and our customers. Facilitate effective communication to resolve concerns and enhance patient and customer relationships. Develop Physician Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with physicians to familiarize them with hospice care, enhancing collaboration and patient outcomes. Participate in On-Call Support: Be available for on-call duties as needed, providing support to on-call staff and ensuring continuous patient care. Drive Business Development: Engage in business development activities, including implementations and presentations, to promote our hospice services and expand our reach. What You Need To excel in this role, you should have: Valid NJ or Multi-State RN License A Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing is preferred. At least one year of experience in hospice or home care with progressive management responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. Willingness to travel across multiple RWJ locations as required.
