Job Requirements:
Experience in caring for Seniors and/or Disabled Adults professionally or personally.
Minimum of 1 (one) year of professional caregiver experience preferred
Ability to pass state/nationwide background check and drug screening
Active phone where you can be reached, for scheduling purposes and to document care for clients
Must have valid Driver's license, Auto insurance and reliable vehicle
Dementia/Alzheimer's experience a plus.
STNA/CNA a plus but not required!

As a Home Health Aide, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
A few must-haves for Home Health Aides:
Certification of training as a CNA, HHA or STNA in Ohio or
12 months of supervised experience hands on personal Care
Valid Ohio driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
