Pros of working at AccentCare

Cons of working at AccentCare

They do not care- you get dropped daily on numbers and productivity. What about the patients? You get drilled because you are spending “too much time” in a patients home and documenting. What if you are an excellent nurse just trying to provide great education and truly take care of the patient! Scheduling is horrible. Either you are slammed and non-productive.

AccentCare benefits

None

What do you like best about AccentCare's CEO and the leadership team?

Never met him in person. Corporate America for you.

How would you improve AccentCare's culture?

The company as a whole needs to look closer in to “valuing” their healthcare staff and stop it with the numbers and productivity!

How does your compensation at AccentCare compare to the industry average?

Most of your home health services provide a work vehicle for their field staff. That is a huge plus that this company doesn’t offer across the board.

What's the diversity at AccentCare like?

Demographics is too large. Clinical staff is tired of wearing themselves and their vehicles out.

What brings you the most joy at AccentCare?

I could not find joy and piece working for this company.
