Company is not about team building or delivering great solutions. Its about getting 75 to 100 percent billable and it you don't get that your out. Its a shame that your growth path is find something to do to stay billable. There rates are way to high as well and that make it difficult to be competitive

Not impressed. They did all these acquisitions without a plan then laid them all off 3 years later. Wasted company money

Find a way to focus on the people and there carriers , not just a warm body that needs to scavenge for the right internal project to stay employed

The potential to work on various projects with different companies while working for one organization.

If you don't find a role by the end of a project or if your role is eliminated, you will be out of a job. Depending on the project, the management may lack on direction and support making it harder to acclimate to the position.

Accenture offered unparalleled opportunities to work with and develop skills for numerous large organizations spanning diverse industries.

Accenture promoted inexperienced employees to management positions, resulting in inadequate performance for its clients. Managers' lack of experience often leads to questionable ethical or biased behavior practices.

My favorite perk was the ability to apply competency levels and build on assertive work performance.

Holidays on weekend

Projects are challenging but always have senior support to allow learning and career growth for building personal skill set.

Project managers at times look at bottom line only and don’t take teams feedback into account when client begins to run show.

Traveling and spouse can come to job site instead of me coming home.
