Work you'll do As a Guidewire Cross-Suite Developer Senior Consultant, you will leverage hands-on expertise across Guidewire InsuranceSuite (e.g., PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and related digital components) to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions for insurance clients. You will partner with client stakeholders and Deloitte cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable configuration and development, configure and extend multiple Guidewire applications, design and build cross-suite and enterprise integrations (e.g., payments, document management, third-party data), and support data migration activities (mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation). You will work closely with architects, integration/data teams, and QA to implement and deploy reliable services that connect Guidewire to the broader enterprise ecosystem.
As a Senior Consultant, you will also contribute to team excellence by mentoring junior developers, supporting professional development, and participating in practice initiatives that advance Deloitte's strategic priorities and culture.

Work you'll do:
As a Senior Consultant - Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer, you will bring a curious, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset to configure and extend Guidewire PolicyCenter to support P&C insurance product and underwriting needs. You will act as a key interface between client stakeholders and Deloitte delivery teams, translating business requirements into PolicyCenter configuration and technical design (including product model, rules/workflows, and Gosu-based extensions), and collaborating across integrations, data, and adjacent Guidewire components as needed. Required qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 4+ years consulting and/or relevant insurance industry experience (P&C, Life & Annuity/Group, Commercial, Specialty)
+ 4+ years implementing insurance core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Origami or similar)
+ 4yrs full lifecycle large-scale implementations (Policy, Billing, and/or Claims systems)

+ 1 year experience estimating and planning Large Scale System Implementations

Work you'll do As a Guidewire Cross-Suite Developer Senior Consultant, you will leverage hands-on expertise across Guidewire InsuranceSuite (e.g., PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and related digital components) to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions for insurance clients.
