The Work

Here's What You Need:
+ Minimum of 7 years of Oracle EPM delivery experience, with a minimum of 4 years hands-on expertise in Oracle EPCM (design, configuration, and deployment).

Work you'll do
As a Healthcare Solutions Manager specializing in Epic ODBA (Operational Database Administration) on the AI & Engineering - Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading Epic ODBA tier initiatives and cloud migrations for healthcare clients with a focus on security, compliance, and performance. You will:
* Lead end-to-end migrations of Epic ODBA environments to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring secure, compliant transitions aligned to HIPAA and client policies.
* Implement, configure, and operate the Epic ODBA tier of the Epic application; coordinate with Epic teams to validate compatibility and optimize performance.
* Assess current Epic ODBA infrastructure and design migration roadmaps, including cutover, rollback, resiliency, and cost-optimization plans.
* Oversee ETL processes; establish controls to maintain data integrity, security, and governance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders (data engineers, Epic analysts, IT, and clinical informatics) to define requirements, manage risks, and deliver milestones on time.
