The opportunity
As an Assistant General Counsel for Technology and Managed Services you will be responsible for providing advice, counsel, and legal support in respect of provision of managed services and other technology services and products to EY clients, with a particular focus on advising, drafting, updating and negotiating the legal terms and conditions of client-facing complex, multi-year managed services, outsourcing, systems implementation, application development & maintenance, software licenses and software-as-a-service agreements, artificial intelligence, big data, analytics, cloud computing, as well as providing legal advice and support to various other EY technology and product teams (“Technology & Managed Services Agreements”). You will be part of EY's Technology and Managed Services legal group and work closely with other GCO groups in the United States and other jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities
Drafting/updating and negotiating client-facing Technology & Managed Services Agreements, including advising on contractual strategy and risk, and keeping up to date with relevant legal developments.
Advising on key legal risks associated with the technology underpinning Managed Services Agreements.
Collaborating closely with other members of the US GCO as well as local counsel in other EY member firms.
Coordinating legal resources on managed services projects.
Supporting coordination with cross-functional business and internal support teams (Data Privacy, Talent, Information Security, and Tax) as necessary or appropriate for Technology & Managed Services Agreements.
Advising on the accuracy and sufficiency of contractual documentation to effectively protect EY interests.
Understanding existing EY policies and developing/enhancing policies and guidance relevant to managed services and other technology services and products.
Managing workflow in a highly dynamic environment and remaining highly responsive, reliable, communicative, and accountable to team leadership and other GCO members.

In Epic consulting at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

The Opportunity
As part of the Epic Consulting team, you will design, configure, test, and implement changes to assigned Epic system applications. As a Senior Associate, you will lead operational work groups, engage stakeholders, and mentor other analysts while navigating complex workflows. This position provides an exciting opportunity to influence healthcare technology and improve operational productivity through innovative solutions.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
