The Pro's was the potential to work with talented individuals
Company is not about team building or delivering great solutions. Its about getting 75 to 100 percent billable and it you don't get that your out. Its a shame that your growth path is find something to do to stay billable. There rates are way to high as well and that make it difficult to be competitive

Accenture promoted inexperienced employees to management positions, resulting in inadequate performance for its clients. Managers' lack of experience often leads to questionable ethical or biased behavior practices.
My favorite perk was the ability to apply competency levels and build on assertive work performance.
