The Pro's was the potential to work with talented individuals

Cons of working at Accenture

Company is not about team building or delivering great solutions. Its about getting 75 to 100 percent billable and it you don't get that your out. Its a shame that your growth path is find something to do to stay billable. There rates are way to high as well and that make it difficult to be competitive

Not impressed. They did all these acquisitions without a plan then laid them all off 3 years later. Wasted company money

Find a way to focus on the people and there carriers , not just a warm body that needs to scavenge for the right internal project to stay employed

Need to find own roles or network with others who may have roles. More importantly unless you are in a Foreign country odds are AGAINST you. Since ONLY 33% are Actual Americans living in America
