Overview
This position will include work in high acuity mental health initiatives, including a partial hospitalization program (day treatment program) and an inpatient medical-surgical unit designed for stabilization and treatment of youth with medical/psychiatric complexity and/or severe behavior, including those with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental differences. The BCBA will collaborate with BCBA-D faculty, other BCBA and behavior tech staff, clinical psychology and psychiatry faculty, and a comprehensive multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding evidence-based care to youth with the complexities outlined above. Additionally, this position will play a key role in staff training to ensure proper behavior analytic services are provided to the patients in our outpatient clinics and inpatient services. Develop, plan and implement strategies for parent training, patient care, and staff development.

Pay

We're on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic go-getters to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). No experience? No problem! If you're passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we'll give you everything you need to succeed - including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
What You'll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You'll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child's journey toward greater independence and confidence.
