The Maintenance Office Assistant will perform receptionist duties including greeting and receiving visitors and directing them to the proper individual and/or department, and answer, screen and transfer/dispatch calls to the appropriate personnel. Maintain, research, distribute and track all open invoices sent through the OnBase system.

Labor Distribution: Data entry of all work records on a daily basis.

SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the program director or designee, the Residence Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the care, development, and independence of individuals living in an ADAPT Community Network residential facility. Provides care and supports the people we support in achieving greater independence and personal development.

Teaches and assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including self-help, social, and community living skills.

Summary: The Wireless Intern is an internal, behind the scenes position focused on assisting the Wireless team with cost reduction, visibility and on-going management of clients' mobility accounts and services. This includes mobility plan management, invoice optimization, mobility traffic management (MTM), mobile device management (MDM), device lifecycle management, new opportunity strategies, presentation of findings, contract/vendor management, and reporting. The Wireless Intern will be assisting MMS reps in providing their clients with scheduled, recurring Mobility Management Dashboards, typically via web-meetings. The Wireless Intern is chartered with making cost reduction changes, engaging vendors on pending credits/contracts, and being up to date on all US & Canadian vendor offerings real-time.
It is the intent, but not guarantee, that this Intern role will lead to an Apprentice (more client facing role) in a 6-to-12-month period.
Essential Functions and Qualifications:
Address all issues through ticketing system and regularly update ongoing projects
Assisting Mobility Management Specialists (MMS) in daily tasks for clients
Account Management in serving as an extension of MMS Team
Up to date knowledge of all plans, features, pricing, and on-going promotions for each wireless carrier
Microsoft Office competency: especially moderate level Excel knowledge and experience (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
Managing large volumes of data in excel and databases
Navigating wireless carrier portals
Preferred Competencies:
General knowledge of business finance - cost allocation, AP and GL Process
Expert level Excel knowledge including the use of advanced functions and pivot tables
Reviewing, understanding, and managing carrier contracts
Knowledge of Telecom Expense Management and/or Mobility Management
Ability to engage and guide a client in discussion of their mobility management ecosystem
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis of invoice and summary of recommendations sent to client
Ownership of client's mobility landscape including vendors, hardware, roadmap and mobile security
Facilitate client call setup or internal meetings to discuss client opportunities
Manage internal client online portal - login credentials, contracts loaded, standard plans & upcoming renewals
Work closely, in a dotted-line relationship with the Business Intelligence organization responsible for the Mobility Management Dashboard Program
Work closely with parallel organizations in BI, TMS, HelpDesk, Mobility Solutions and Client Account Management to facilitate client-facing support and knowledge transfer. Ensure all peers are current on mutual clients.
Be available to the MMS rep to assist with any questions/requests/requests/reports as needed
Join a minimum of 25% of the client MMS-Led Dashboard calls and be responsible calls and be responsible for the note-taking that the MMS rep will send to the client
