Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is hiring a Sales Associate. This role blends business development and hands-on sales experience. You will support our sales team by generating leads, setting appointments, and joining client calls and meetings. You will receive hands-on training that supports long-term growth into outside sales. Make $60k at plan in your first year!
What You'll Be Doing:
Establish relationships with decision-makers and clients.
Prospect using lead generation strategies to set appointments for Account Executives.
Support Account Executives by joining client visits, meetings, and presentations.
Learn territory planning, sales processes, and pipeline management.
Build confidence through training, coaching, and hands-on learning.
What We're Looking For:
No sales experience required, but having some exposure is an asset.
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Interest in growing into an outside sales role.
Ability to meet goals while collaborating with the marketing and sales team.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize upcoming installations and onsite requests, ensuring optimal technician availability.
