As a Field Service Technician, you'll be out in the field, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment at different customer sites, ensuring no two days are the same. Customer-Facing Role: Use your communication skills! You'll interact directly with customers, providing high-quality service, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
