James Hill is a Principal/ Owner at Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Board Member (Elected) at Tarrant Regional Water District, and Adjunct Faculty at Texas Christian University and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. He studied at Fort Worth Country Day School between 1985 and 1997, Neeley School of Business between 2005 and 2006, and The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business between 1997 and 2001.

Mr. Hodges has over 30 years of banking experience. He has been with AccessBank Texas since 2010. Prior to joining AccessBank Texas, he served as Senior Vice President of the Correspondent Lending Division of TIB- The Independent Bankers Bank where he managed a $150 million loan portfolio and marketed the products and services of a $3 billion Bankers Bank. Mr. Hodges started his banking career at First State Bank of Denton in 1984 and later worked for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas. He grew up in Sanger, Texas and has lived in Denton County for over 44 years. Mr. Hodges earned a B.A. in Managerial Studies and Political Science from Rice University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Denton Country Club.

Randal Sahm joined AccessBank in December 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer. He possesses over twenty-five years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to coming to AccessBank, he served thirteen years as the Chief Financial Officer for Northstar Bank, a $2.3 billion commercial bank located in Denton, Texas. He also was a divisional controller at the Bank of Texas, a publicly traded financial institution. Prior to that, he was the CFO for two community banks in the Dallas, TX area and a bank examiner for the OCC. Randal received a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of North Texas and a Master's of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Mrs. Hester has over 30 years in Managerial Accounting experience with 24 of those years in the banking industry. She has been with AccessBank Texas since 2009. Prior to AccessBank, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Farmers and Merchants Bank in Krum, Texas and Chief Financial Officer for First Federal Savings and Loan in Nacogdoches, Texas. Other prior banking experience includes Controller for PointBank in Pilot Point, Texas and Controller for Arlington National Bank in Arlington, Texas. Her positions included direct supervision of Accounting, Information Technology, Compliance, Human Resources, and Operations. She is a graduate from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Accounting and Finance. Other positions held were Controller at Carolina International Manufacturing Inc. in Lufkin, Texas and Business Manager for KLSB TV in Nacogdoches Texas.
