Summary
As the Account Analyst you will collaborate with the Account Managers, IT services, operations, contracts, procurement, and accounting personnel in support of the development and delivery of our services. Your primary responsibility is to assist in the origination and maintenance of revenue associated with large clients. These clients hire us under long-term contracts under which the assigned Account Manager and supporting staff provides energy expertise and services. You will support initiatives that contribute to the annual gross profit of Kinect Energy; and to initiatives that support the Global Energy Management business and interface with Aviation, Marine and Land Core Fuels.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with customers and peers to develop analyses and reports mentioned above.Build and maintain relationships with current customers. Understanding ISO market operations, predominantly PJM and MISO for both load and generation customers, including but not limited to daily scheduling, outage coordination, summer/winter verification testing and GADS/GATS reporting.Participates in customer meetings, as an active participant, to the point of leading and owning such meetings.Competence and confidence to work independently on projects as assigned.Participates in customer meetings, as an active participant, to the point of leading and owning such meetings.Responsible for ensuring all clients are compliant to wholesale electricity market rules and regulations.Knowledge of MISO and PJM's capacity market structure include Base Residual Auction (BRA), Planning Resource Auction, and Incremental Auctions for both load and generation customers including but not limited to capacity offsets, load modifying resources, Peak Load Contribution and Network Integrated Transmission Services (NITS) management.
