Key Responsibilities: - Process customer payments (e.g., checks, ACH, credit card) and post them to the appropriate accounts - Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery - Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure prompt payment - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments through communication with customers and internal departments - Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation - Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred - 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
