We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Account Service Coordinator based at Tucson Medical Center, AZ location. The primary role of an Account Service Coordinator is to have responsibility for assigned accounts. This includes meeting with them on a regular basis, independently making decisions on how to price and service those accounts, and overseeing projects and issues as needed by customers and/or sales territories, Account Managers and/or Sales Directors assigned in their specific territory. Essential Functions: Develop relationships and excellent lines of communication with all supporting Concordance functional areas/departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Contracts, Purchasing and Operations, as needed to complete a project and/or resolve an issue. Strong management of all aspects of the territory business including sales mix, expense reduction and pricing. Liaison between customer service, sales team and operations. Manage all aspects and hold ultimate responsibility of new customer conversion projects in assigned region. Coordinate and oversee product line conversions that may take place for current customers. Complete business review reports including the analysis of the report data and provide findings and recommendations to both Account Managers and our customers in areas such as quality assurance, fill rate findings, nonstock purchase analysis, non-contract spend and various other areas as needed. Complete detailed analysis of backorder reports providing accurate ETA's and explanation for backordered items when necessary to determine true cause of fill rate results and ways to improve this performance indicator. Help to manage inventory (slow moving/dead stock) as it relates to the customers located in the assigned region so that decisions can be made on the disposition of the product inventory in question. Manage product mix for their customers and other customers within the assigned region to make recommendations on Dyad/our preferred labels and our Preferred Providers where possible. Directly manage equipment quotes and bids and/or work with our Equipment Sales team to finalize bid process. Run system generated reports and create variations of reports to meet the needs of our customers and Account Managers. Regular on-site visits with customers directly assigned to them or within their region. Attend customer meetings (on-site at Concordance facility or at customer location) and trade shows as deemed necessary. Reviewing and correcting price discrepancies/issues when necessary. Position will involve both travel/customer visits along with “inside” support. Travel required is yet to be determined. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need To Be Successful: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales or other project supporting role in similar business setting. Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems. Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or inside sales role (minimum of 3 years). Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to large groups. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret complex data. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company's quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results. This position is also eligible to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
