Do you thrive creating relationships with your teammates? Do you pride yourself in making things happen? CTP is looking for a rockstar Account Coordinator OR an Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting several key accounts at the agency, while reporting into an Account Supervisor as their day-to-day support. In this fast-paced environment, a willingness to learn and a true passion for our craft is key. To succeed, you'll need to be comfortable multi-tasking while keeping all the many details straight on a day-to-day basis.
Essential responsibilities and skills needed include:

+ Manage day-to-day projects on 2-3 accounts at the agency

+ Manage key components of client deliverables from concept development through execution and delivery, working with your manager to keep all elements on time and on budget

+ Partner with your manager to develop compelling, strategically-led creative briefs

+ Keep track of all the details on any given project, managing up to your manager on next steps

+ Be proactive with clients and internal teams with sharing information, following up on due dates before they hit, etc. Manage the client/agency status report

+ Summarize key next steps during important calls/meetings that outline key takeaways and implications

+ Become a category expert - sharing information with internal team and Client as necessary

+ Track competitive and industry activity on an ongoing basis

+ Become a master collaborator, keeping the lines of communication open and effective with various internal team members.

+ Maintain and track fee and production budgets across all projects - retainer and project work

+ Set up client and internal meetings

+ Proofread all client deliverables and work with team to modify, when needed

+ Traffic agency deliverables to media team/broadcast team

+ Keep client marketing assets named, filed, categorized and organized

Requirements:

+ Account Coordinator: Internship experience preferred

+ Account Manager: Minimum of 1 year of full time work experience, marketing/agency preferred

+ Ability to be in our Boston office 2x/week

+ Must have the ability to multitask

+ Must be detail-oriented

+ Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written

+ Must have the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with both internal and external teams
