Corporate Partnership Sales Account Executive This position will focus on generating community level corporate partnerships for Carolina Core FC (MLS NEXT Pro) and its affiliates CCFC Academy (MLS NEXT) and CCFC Youth. This position will involve all aspects of the selling process including prospecting, outreach, proposal development and contract execution. Additionally, this Corporate Partnership Sales Account Executive will represent CCFC at community events to drive business development.
Position Responsibilities
Grow Sponsorship department revenue by prospecting, developing and closing new community level corporate partnerships for Carolina Core FC Professional Soccer Team, CCFC Academy (501 c 3 / MLS NEXT Youth No Barriers Teams), and CCFC Youth (Formerly PTFC) - and special events with a key focus on selling new sponsorships
Identify new business revenue (Sponsorship + Ticketing) opportunities - utilizing existing and newly created partnership inventory (i.e., digital media & content, promotions, activation spaces, custom retail initiatives, branding, hospitality, youth & education programming, and community service)
Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators in the Triad/North Carolina marketplace and the competitive landscape in the region.
Diligently prospect by investigating prospective companies.
Build relationships and sell consultatively/needs analysis process to drive buying decisions of executives at small and medium companies
Work with clients to quantify opportunities via a detailed needs analysis and create solutions to deliver and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.
Entertain and nurture relationships with prospective prospects
Prepare, implement, and compile data for strategic sales plan, forecasts and other reports as directed or required
Utilize our CRM (HubSpot) + TRAK (Sponsorship Cloud Software) + AI Lead Generation Platform(s) to harness the power of cold engagements
Close target revenue and quantity of new partnerships on an annual basis

About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Identity Governance and Administration, the Identity & Access Governance Manager is responsible for tools, processes, controls, governance and oversight activities for all IGA solutions for globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers enterprise-wide. * 10+ years' experience engineering and designing Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, solutions and services.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $155,000 to $205,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
