Experience
Bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
United States Army Experience required, Field-grade officer experience with Army Major Commands is preferred
Proven track record in Government/DoD sales, business development, or leadership within the Army/COCOM
10 years of relevant or equivalent experience (inclusive of military experience)
Additional Requirements
Understanding of Army needs, acquisition processes, C5ISR, aviation, or specific technical areas like RF/networking
Expertise in consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing large contracts (often $100M+)

Primary Level Salary Range: $146,800.00 - $243,500.00

Summary:

Prepare and distribute new business and renewal policies to clients.
Conduct regular account reviews in an effort to improve client retention and sell additional insurance products (cross-selling/account rounding).

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
The Account Manager will effectively manage existing customer accounts and the generation of new accounts within their designated region. This role requires working within FDA and USDA food processing and manufacturing facilities and being available during various production shifts to meet customer needs. The manager will provide and keep track of written service reports and generate new leads and profitable business opportunities through collaboration with both external and internal business partners, converting prospects into clients through diligent follow-up by phone, email, and personal visits. Job duties include:
+ Establish strategic and joint partnerships within your accounts.
+ Identify customer needs and pain points, then work internally to apply the applicable Safe Foods solutions to create value-added benefits for the customer.
+ Give sales presentations, perform application training, troubleshoot equipment, and train customers on the correct SOP for their processes.

**YOUR MUST HAVES:**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

Summary

**Responsibilities**
+ Accountable for selling Indeed's products or services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing accounts.
+ Sell pay-per-performance advertising services to Fortune 1000 organizations.
+ Assigned to large, intricate, high-visibility, and strategic accounts.
+ Conduct face-to-face meetings, including presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations over the phone.
+ Identify revenue opportunities within an entire client organization.
+ Assess and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales.
+ Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become an industry authority.
**Skills/Competencies**
+ 10+ years of experience in an enterprise field sales environment, practiced at both educating clients and efficiently closing deals.
+ Proven track record of achieving success in both expanding and cultivating new accounts and territories, leveraging consultative and solution-based selling expertise.
+ Brings a wealth of experience in selling to Fortune 1000 organizations, coupled with relevant involvement in high-growth environments. Demonstrates a metrics-oriented approach to drive results.
+ Possesses the expertise to strategically and efficiently maneuver through intricate and extensive enterprise organizations.
+ Thrives in high-pressure environments, demonstrating exceptional organization and aptitude to effectively prioritize accountabilities.
+ Expected travel is 50+ % of time.

**Salary Range Disclaimer**
