The Work...
The UKG (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler Consultant for Retail works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG (legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler Consultant for Retail, leads large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion.
Job Responsibilities
+ Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central) Advanced Scheduler module, specifically as it relates to clients in the retail industry
+ Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support
+ Participates in and contributes to pre-sales and sales strategies
+ Facilitates complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary
+ Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation
+ Analyzes complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way
+ Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE). On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 50/50 pay mix (base salary / target variable).

Execute on sales strategies to meet annual sales targets for the CGT Technologies portfolio in the U.S. market, working closely with internal teams (Field Application Support, Business Development).
Actively update the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure all the latest information is captured.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in science in areas including but not exclusive to Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or Cellular Therapy
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industries.
Experience within the Cell and Gene Therapies industry is required.
Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, EMA)
Understanding of CGT manufacturing workflows

The Role and What You'll Do:
160over90 is a global marketing agency that represents brands by connecting them to the places, people and moments that matter most. We're seeking experienced, account management professionals looking to lead projects and accounts. You partner with Account leadership on books of business and teams. You work closely with clients to steward their advertising and branding challenges and help them achieve their business goals. You are learning the difference between executing marketing campaigns and building brands and want to work at a place that excels at both. You have started to develop the nuances of expert client service, and you're getting comfortable swimming in any lane-digital, video, strategy, identity, anything.

You Have These:
Strategic thinking
Highly organized with a healthy respect for best-in-class process
Strong relationship-building capabilities
Experience working in omnichannel campaigns
Manage multiple client accounts with the ability to grow into a true Account Lead
5-7+ years of relevant industry/agency experience. Creative agency experience strongly desired.
Proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented multi-agency workplace, fostering client satisfaction on all associated accounts.
Familiarity with creative services and video production a plus.
