The Outside Sales Representative ("OSR") will customarily and regularly sell products and services offered by 84 Lumber to current and new clientele away from 84 Lumber stores and other locations. Obtain product orders, with detailed measurements and specification information over the phone or in person; act as liaison between purchasing, inside design staff, production staff and customer; trouble-shoot issues in the field on all types of products such as building materials, millwork, and structural building components. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in outside sales is a must for this position!

Position Overview:
As a B2Binsurance agent, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing your own client base. This role involves meeting with business owners and decision-makers to offer our suite of supplemental insurance products and services. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Present and sell services to decision-makers in businesses
Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence
Stay results-focused and achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
Strong drive to succeed and challenge yourself to exceed expectations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and take charge in conversations
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Prior sales experience is not required; however, a minimum of 5 years of professional employment (post high school) is necessary.
Must be willing to attain a state health insurance license (assistance is provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
Earnings Potential: $65,000$85,000 per year, with uncapped commissions (earn more with every sale) including weekly draw pay, and bonuses.

The Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll start with hands-on training that combines online learning, field mentorship, and real-world experience in your local area.
