Role Overview
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with local corporations and executing plans that expand our footprint in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or digital health).
Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and telemedicine.
Previous Health Insurance sales experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for accomplishing user Identity Vetting, verifying that the user has both a SECRET Clearance and a need for a Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) token.
Ensure Trusted Agent (TA) have been designated in writing and have been properly trained. TA is explicitly aligned with one or more RA Officers who has been delegated the authority to perform a portion of the RA function (e.g., a TA may perform identity proofing of certificate applicants for a requestor who cannot appear in person before an RA Officer).
Collect, verify, and submit information provided by potential Subscribers which is to be entered into public key certificates. RAs use hardware, software, and coordinates with individuals to collectively perform the following functions: Control over the registration process; the identification and authentication process; the revocation, suspension and restoration process and the Electronic Key Recovery process.
Review and become familiar with all documentation that governs job responsibilities.
Revoke, suspend or restore PKI Class 3 Department of Defense (DoD) certificates immediately upon request.
Register TAs at various local command locations to help facilitate the actual PKI certificate issuance.
Assist TAs and/or users with downloading DoD certificates onto tokens.

Perform testing of NPE Registration practices with Navy Engineers when requested.
Perform Role and Group certificate validation and approval.
Maintain enterprise architecture LRA and TA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation to include illustrations of network topology, system access requirements and processes for obtaining material and replacement hardware and software.
Qualifications:

Purpose
Senior sales position calling exclusively on Strategic and Major Accounts. The primary responsibility for this position is selling business technology solutions through prospecting, research, networking, and relationship selling. This role is a pure hunter role that will focus 100% on new strategic accounts and brining value to our future customers.

Responsibilities
Prospecting via Telephone, Email, Zoom, Face2Face Cold calling, Networking and Social Media
Working with Business Analyst and Specialists to conduct client needs analysis
Develop solutions for new and existing customers that include Hardware, Software and Managed Services within an assigned territory
Conducting solutions demonstrations
Presenting and closing solutions offers
Managing clients throughout the lifecycle of their contracts
Responsible for growth and expansion in your territory
Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations
Ability to work closely with sales leaders, sales trainers, analysts, and others within the UBEO sales support process
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of successful business to business sales experience, prefer industry specific experience.
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed pre-set sales and activity quotas.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites.
Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods at times.
Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Must have a reliable form of transportation.
