As a Sales Manager, Strategic Accounts at Similarweb you will:

* As a Sales Executive, Strategic Accounts - North America you will be responsible for generating new revenue for Similarweb from our top accounts: creating, cultivating and developing accounts.

We're seeking a proven leader in account and client management to become part of our team to drive maximum value within our customer base of Enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies. The role is key to our customer retention and account development goals within our growing customer base. The Account Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of merchants and will focus on the use, adoption, and growth of our eCommerce payments, fraud and payment security solutions to be the primary point-of-contact and trusted advisor to our clients. This is a direct client facing role and can be remote or located at any Visa hub office in the USA.

Basic Qualifications:

* 5 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 +years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
* 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience.
* Develop and execute account and portfolio level strategies that support key business metrics including client retention, revenue growth and profitability
* Become a trusted advisor with clients by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions
* Provide expertise on our global payment processing, fraud management and payment security technologies and advise on key features and functionality allowing the customer to execute their strategies
* Serve as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including product management, customer support, sales engineering and finance
* Ability to lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the key internal resources for support
* Lead ongoing strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, successes and business results; facilitate quarterly business reviews & executive meetings
* Analysis of customer performance metrics to deliver consultative business reviews which result in strategic recommendations, best practices and process improvements to ensure the they derive maximum value from their investment

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

What is the role and where can you add value?

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Service Team. In this role, t he Account Manager I is the liaison between contractors and 2-10 HBW. Assist s contractors in developing contractor accounts to initiate and maintain a favorable relationship. Responsible for the training, development and support of the contractor accounts and overall network. The Account Manager I must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding and performance for all Core Job R esponsibilities listed below.

Core Job R esponsibilities :

+ The Account Manager I will contact given markets and assist new and/or exist ing contractors through quality, onsite business reviews, training , and enrollment negotiations with prospective contractors

+ Coaching and holding contractors accountable in order to maximize favorable performance metrics. This wil l be the primary means by which this role will contribute to the overall cost control and s ervice management for 2-10 HBW

+ Completes assigned projects within the department to improve network service, contractor coverage and cost control measures with diligence and e xecution through to completion

+ Provides training and instruction to contractors to ensure that they operate within company guide lines an d utilize available resources

+ Works with the department analyst s and Account Ma nagement l eadership to implement strategic initiatives to improve cost effective and service related performance of t he national contractor network

+ Conducts monthly business review calls with assigned contractors with the goal of holding contractors acco untable to performance goals

+ Negotiates and implements favorable pricing structures in proper ratios across all mechanical residential trades with new & existing contractor accounts

+ Trains and assists contractors with the use of the Contractor Web Portals and Mobile applications to enable the contractors to self-serve the claims process consistently with minimal 2-10 HBW involvement, improving the overall self-service of the contractor net work to meet established goals

+ Ensures network contractors are trained on the proper 2-10 HBW procedures with regards to claims processes, service standards and contractor expense management

+ Resolv es escalated claims as assigned

+ Other duties as assigned
