    Department: Sales Supervisor: Vice President, Business Development Classification: Full-Time/Exempt This position will be responsible for generating business revenue through prospecting and developing new and current partnerships. Cultivate new and existing corporate partner relationships through outstanding customer service to drive revenue. Work game nights and other Hooks functions, as assigned, to network and build client relationships. Achieve established sales goals as set by supervisor. Work with the finance and sales department to keep a record of all sponsor contracts. Communicate with and assist ticket office in fulfillment of season tickets, group tickets and hospitality areas that are in sponsorship contracts. Work closely with partner activation coordinator to execute sponsor concourse tables, plaza displays, and proof of performance. Manage and maintain relationships with all suite holders while assisting in catering communication or ticket needs through proper departments. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Sport Management, or related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred. 1+ years' experience in sales and/or customer service with proven ability to meet sales goals preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent oral and written communication along with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and sales driven.
