We are looking for a Client Relationship/Account Manager to join our team. If you want to be a part of a growing company and enjoy interacting with clients, this may be the role for you. The client relationship account manager will provide support to Directors and Sales Executives: research and review qualified sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and prospective clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This self-motivated, customer service driven individual will provide support for, but not limited to, the following areas:
Account Management:
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients and customers. Establish themselves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer, needs.
Manage projects and ensure consistent processes for project goals and deliverables.
Lead, coordinate and facilitate production requirements with Sales, design, tech-sales, Customer Service, and internal teams.
Proactively manage customer expectations related to production, quality, and deliveries. Follow-up with customers for orders, inquiries, and concerns.
Identify and grow organic business within existing client relationships.
Business Development:
Conduct research on qualified sales prospects and clients to assist in client selection
Provide Sales team with Pre-Meeting research.
Research industry trends to discover prospective customer needs.
Facilitate and manage qualified opportunities through the sales cycle.
Engage and communicate with prospects and clients.
Share client updates and prospect tracking with the Sales team using CRM tools.
Key processes and expertise:
Manage and Master WebCenter (production software platform) process flow to ensure customer orders are completed and delivered.
Maintain and develop professional and technical expertise by developing corrugated industry knowledge.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of Account Management experience or a bachelor's degree.
3+ years of Account Management experience in either the corrugated packaging, food, or industrial sectors working directly with sourcing teams and production buyers preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead client strategy and execution
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and interest in learning
Strong project management, analytical and quantitative skills.
Microsoft Office/Excel proficient. Experience with Project Management software and CRM preferred
Experience presenting to internal teams as well as clients and prospects.

Job Summary
The Client Success Executive is the primary liaison between Staci Americas and its customers for service-based interactions and transactions. Assist with the development, implementation, and direction of Staci Americas' programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficiency and compliance
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customers and be an integral contributor to the regular Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process
Conduct weekly conference calls with the customer and the operations staff at the facilities, and take part in internal labor planning meetings
Day-to-day management of account(s) including, billing (weekly, month-end), SOP and related account activities, timely processing of customer orders including filling, shipping, inquiries and related follow up through emails, conference calls, etc.

Essential Duties:
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of company Standards of Operation.
Maintain accounts on the assigned route to non-renewed percentages that are at or below the company's weekly close / open standard. Company standard 8.9% overall credit Friday/Saturday with the standard of 13.9% credit on Thursday.
Responsible for delivery, retrieval, relocation, and service calls on rented (lease) merchandise.
Collects monies from delivery of merchandise and from collection home visits. Provides security of monies while in the field.
Maintains rented or leased units by making minor repairs when necessary or if major repairs are needed make sure unit is returned to our service department for repair. When the unit is repaired return the product to the customer's residence promptly.
Reviews DAP to be sure each item, model, and serial numbers match the Rental (lease) Agreement and the product that is being delivered.

Returned merchandise, including all remotes, manuals, or other accessories, is returned to store stock.
Works to relocate merchandise if the customer should move from their residence without notifying the store. Pulling files and working on information for recovery and /or generating new information.
Carefully check rental (lease) returns and promptly refurbish to “like new” condition.
