Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. Ocean Marine specializes in ocean cargo, marine liabilities, hull and protection indemnity, and yacht coverage for small and mid-size businesses. The Account Executive Officer (AEO), Ocean Marine will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. This role is seen as a technical resource. As an AEO, you are decisive, detail-oriented, and know how to build relationships internally and externally to drive results. What Will You Do?
* Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business.

Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing, and executing a territory plan

Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, club sports

Complete new hire onboarding including eLearning courses, certification, instructor-led training, role-play, and mentorship

Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $250,000, which is a combination of a draw plus commission. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
