What You'll Do
We're seeking a driven AccountManager to champion an innovative infusion therapy in neurology. If you thrive in specialty healthcare sales, excel at building relationships, and love turning clinical insights into powerful customer value, this role is for you.
Grow territory performance through strategic planning and targeted customer engagement
Meet and exceed sales goals while championing customer satisfaction.
Deliver clear, compelling clinical messaging to multidisciplinary decision-makers
Build strong partnerships with clinics, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and health systems
Navigate complex access and reimbursement landscapes across payer channels
Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution
4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, medical device, or specialty healthcare sales
Proven sales success and strong communication skills
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to quickly learn complex clinical information
Experience in infusion, rare disease, specialty pharmacy, or neurology preferred
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory

Client and Supplier Management

Deployment of information about all contracts with customers and suppliers to all parties.
Ensure that any client entertainment activities are carried out in a professional and responsible manner to ensure the continuing good name of Rohlig USA.
Ensure customer requests are completed in a timely manner and at the highest possible service level.
Adhere to client service level agreements.
Resolves discrepancies, while keeping records of discrepancies via the Innovations and Incidents Management (IIM) to ensure compliance.
Administration
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Attend industry related functions when required as a key representative of Rohlig USA.
Update and maintain all relevant information about customers and sales activities on CRM.
Provide weekly reporting of sales activities.
Attend meetings with sales team members.
Attending training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills if applicable.
What you bring:
High school graduate - some college preferred
Knowledge of related computer applications and reporting tools
Familiar with all freight forwarding procedures, regulations & departments
2-5 years of industry related experience required
Demonstrated Customer Services skills
Proven Sales and Business selling ability & success
Self-motivated and results driven
