The ideal candidate would be a team oriented independent person with strong analytical and communication skills. The role is to provide business application support for the Insurance services team utilizing the PFI application and auxiliary applications. Prior experience with PFI (PAM for Investments) or similar accounting platform would be helpful but not required. Experience with SQL code and general accountant principals would be helpful. As a support analyst in the GSS organization our role is not just to address application issue for the business community which we support be to be an advocate for the business with more technical teams to address any issue impacting the business' ability to complete their function.
