    Salary Range: $90k-$100k annually based on experience The project will consist of providing a new addition to an existing Child Development Center on Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. To accomplish this, alterations to the existing CDC building and its site will be necessary and included in the Scope Of Work. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction. Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications. Arrange, coordinate, attend, and facilitate a variety of meetings, including weekly meetings at the project site. Document issues encountered and problems experienced with the construction contractor. Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules. Draft project related correspondence. Understand and document inspections during and post construction as well as mock-up inspections. Inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents, applicable building codes and safety standards. Deliver reports, reviews, evaluations, and design work to Government Contracting Officer (GCO). Review and process Construction Contractor's RFIs and assist in resolution, draft response, tracking, and follow up. Coordinate on-site staff assignment Provide technical review of proposed modifications to the contract and make recommendations to the GCO. Maintain records and files of correspondence, site conference reports, shop drawings, RFIs, addenda, change orders, and supplementary drawings issued subsequent to award of the construction contract. Coordinate with the construction contractor's quality control (inspection) personnel in accordance with NFC 46-12 -- Inspection of Construction. Required Education, Knowledge and Skills: An accredited degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering (structural, mechanical, civil, or electrical) with a minimum of 10 years of practical field experience Minimum of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training required. Knowledge and experience with construction practices including applicable building codes, applicable safety regulations Knowledge of cost estimating with breakdown of labor, materials and equipment costs for proposed construction contract modifications. Ability to evaluate payment requests Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and other specifications. Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of software including MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, ProjectTeam, Primavera, MS Project, and any other software programs typically utilized Maintain a valid driver's license. Qualified applicant must be able to pass a background check. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to walk and climb stairs or ladders on a daily basis to observe and inspect contract performance.     Temp To Full-Time The Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative is responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining customer account information. This role supports the company's cash flow and financial accuracy by resolving billing discrepancies and following up on overdue accounts. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
