Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related client-facing role.
Order management experience in a Manufacturing, Printing, Financial, or related environment.
Advanced working knowledge of end-to-end client order processes across varying client types.
Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and client-oriented demeanor.
Self-motivated, proactive and team-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative approach to meeting client expectations and deadlines.
ERP experience required with respect to order processing, inventory management, status monitoring and receiving; SAP strongly preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

We are hiring an Oncology Sale Representative to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Oncology Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a newly approved oncology product to oncology practices in an assigned geographic territory. Our representative will be providing value by engaging Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, office staff and pharmacists in face-to-face discussions.
The Oncology Sales Representatives will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating about our client's oncology product and its approved indications as well as the support services offered by our client for cancer patients.
Oncology Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of the product, disease state, the customers and territory.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Create, build, and maintain relationships and regular communication with physicians and key thought leaders in the US.
Utilize the customer relationship management system to keep call records including account planning.
Ensure a high level of expertise and customer service is delivered to all customers.
Responsible for collaborating effectively and mobilizing all appropriate resources.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills providing the product scientific information to healthcare professionals, oncologists, and other key stakeholders.
Adaptability to Oncology Advances: Complete training to understand the disease state and positioning of our client's product.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The expected pay range for this position is:
$35.72 to $40.58 per hour
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Scheduled Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Responsible for reviewing patient accounts with a spenddown to ensure proper billing of services.
* Responsible for processing patient refunds.
* Responsible for processing patient bad debt.
* Responsible for collection of private pay balances.
* Assist patients with obtaining access to a LCHD navigator, setup of payment plans or Financial Hardship using established protocols.
* Audit, analyze and correct patient sliding fee applications.
* Re-bill and adjust patient accounts as necessary using the NextGen system.

* Interpret and explain eligibility results.
