Qualifications * Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience preferred * 1-2 years of collections, accounts receivable, or related finance experience preferred * 1 year of NetSuite experience preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, data tracking) * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and internal team interactions * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
