Coordinate with the Rate Management Specialist to update rates for e-billed clients. Assist with e-billing email group and profile emails in e-billing software as needed. Conduct daily review of Intapp forms to ensure proper setup in Aderant, including invoicing requirements, rates, special billing requirements, and approval processes. Qualifications: College degree or commensurate experience with high school diploma. 3+ years of billing experience. Legal billing experience strongly preferred. Interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with attorneys and business professionals via telephone, email or in person to provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact. Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
