Collaborate with internal teams, including Respiratory Therapists and Operations, to facilitate seamless patient transitions from hospital to home ventilation, ensuring high levels of patient care and satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, referrals, sales activities, and market feedback to support ongoing business development.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitive products, and evolving healthcare standards to position VieMed as a trusted partner in respiratory care.
Demonstrate professionalism, resilience, and a client-focused approach within a competitive healthcare sales environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven relationships with Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, or Respiratory Care Departments.
Hands-on experience with Mechanical Ventilation and Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV).
Minimum of 2 years of successful healthcare sales, ideally within respiratory therapy, durable medical equipment (DME), long-term acute care (LTACH), or critical care settings.
Strong understanding of hospital systems, referral patterns, and healthcare decision-making processes.
Formal sales training and/or clinical experience highly preferred.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Project objective The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas. The project is performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable.

Requirements:
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND Minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience is highly desired. Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience is strongly preferred. Psychiatry, neurology or antipsychotic experience strongly preferred. Experience with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and other business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle database, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, Veeva, etc.) OR
Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience noted above

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $123,100.00-$168,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company's quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results. This position is also eligible to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.

Position Summary:

Essential Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
Market VieMed's disease management program to potential and existing referral sources
Develop sales territory action plans and call strategies to maintain ongoing business with current accounts and apply working knowledge of clinical, consultative, and strategic selling skills to drive new market potential to grow the business within assigned territory
Coordinate and provide educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers
