We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Process Specialist to lead process development and optimization efforts within our aerospace production and engineering environments. This individual will be responsible for creating and improving systems that support the safe, compliant, and efficient production of aerospace components and assemblies.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and implement efficient and scalable manufacturing or engineering processes.
Ensure all processes comply with aerospace standards such as AS9100, FAA, EASA, and ITAR regulations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis techniques.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to optimize workflow and throughput.
Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to address inefficiencies or deviations.
Support audits and customer reviews by providing process documentation and data.
Manage process change requests (PCRs), deviations, and process validation efforts.
Train team members on new or revised processes, ensuring proper understanding and implementation.
Evaluate and integrate new tools, automation, and technology to enhance process capability and consistency.
Requirements
Education & Experience
5+ years of experience in process engineering or process management within the aerospace or defense industry
Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, and aerospace regulatory standards
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing techniques (e.g., composites, machining, assembly, coatings)
Technical Skills
Proficiency in process modeling tools, Minitab, and ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred)
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams

Position Summary
The UO Libraries seeks a self-motivated, customer-focused, and technology adept individual to join the Data, Access, Research, and Teaching Services division.
Reporting to the Head, Knight Library Access Services, this Library Technician 3 assists departmental management in overseeing Knight Library's facilities and operations during evening and weekend opening/closing shifts. The person in this position provides public service at the Knight Library Checkout & Reserves Desk, communicates with patrons and colleagues from within and outside the work unit via e-mail, Microsoft Teams, telephone, and in-person, and assists departmental management in the training and oversight of Library Technician 1s & 2s, and Library Student Assistants.
The person in this position also performs various specialized tasks that require a high level of non-routine decision-making, judgment, expertise, and independence. They may be a subject expert or help to coordinate one of the many services that Access Services provides, such as student employee development and training, course reserves, research help, and physical inventory maintenance.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of library experience within the last five (5) years; OR,

The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable.
The schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. Due to weather downtime, work on weekends is possible.Requirements

About the Role:Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products. Manages and develops long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in their assigned territory and represent Neurocrine brand(s) and their approved indications. Requirements:
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND Minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience is highly desired. Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience is strongly preferred. Psychiatry, neurology or antipsychotic experience strongly preferred. The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $120,600.00-$165,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company's quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results. This position is also eligible to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.

Reporting to the Global Collections Manager, the Collections Analyst will be responsible for timely collections across a portfolio of accounts, including fostering relationships with strategic account and internal cross-functional partners. What You'll Be Doing
