Responsibilities * Customer Relations: This position is a key liaison between the organization and our customers acting as a primary contact to customer materials contacts to build and maintain rapport analyzing and anticipating customers' needs, requiring a high level of communication and organization skills. * Serve as a primary contact point for customers regarding shipments, short-term forecasting through EDI, and system issues * Research and respond to order status inquires, expedite requests, inventory and lead time inquires, and trial requests.
