Previous insurance experience preferred (State Farm)
Previous administrative or customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services setting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Ability to work independently, handle client issues, and find effective resolutions.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Work within the E-billing Hub and help troubleshoot/resolve electronic billing problems.
+ Update and manage client websites
+ Work with Billing Coordinators and timekeepers in order to ensure compliance with all Electronic Billing Guidelines.
+ Work with Collections Team to solidify proactive follow-up on aged invoices submitted electronically.
+ Address all rejected invoices within two business days, once transferred from the billing coordinator.
+ These duties may be ongoing or ad hoc in nature.
+ Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
**Experience & Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years e-billing experience (e.g. Serengeti, Collaborati, Legal Precision, eBillingHub)
+ Law firm experience preferred.
+ Expertise with Elite Enterprise or 3E and ME-Billing applications.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Self-starter that delivers superior customer service
+ Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexibility to work overtime, as needed
Pursuant with states' laws, the salary range for this position is $80,000 - $98,000 based on experience.

Position Summary:
Provides financial and administrative support by ensuring payments are completed. Processes,

AP Lead is the point person on the team for divisions to ask questions, solve complex vendor issues and questions, maintaining our payment schedule to ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time, and managing the direct reportsteam work loads. Ensure that all invoices are properly allocated loan-level, as appropriate, and to the underlying divisional branches.
Responsibilities:
* Train new hires in all areas of Accounts Payable
* Perform and/or assist with weekly check runs and ACH
* Void and reissue payments
* Run Positive Pay in secure bank portals
* Update the AP Project list for direct reports and distribute new projects as they develop
* Work closely with vendors to reconcile outstanding agings or when problems arise
* Point person to answer questions from management, divisions and Accounting team members regarding problem invoices, agings, miscodes and process issues
* Special projects as assigned
* Timely code invoices to the proper general ledger account and cost center and ensure proper approvals
* Positive pay validation; research and resolution for exceptions
* Update/maintain accounts payable procedures
* Accounts payable month end close
Job Requirements
Qualifications: .
* A minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience required, preferably in a mortgage bank, homebuilding, or construction organization
Skills:
* Exposure to mortgage or escrow, title and closing process for real estate transaction desired
* Familiar with vendor payment processes and procedures
* Work in a fast pace environment (Approx. process 500+ invoices per week)
* Highly organized and able to work independently
* Adaptable and flexible working style; ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities

+ Maintain profile for each electronic billing vendor being utilized; inclusive of policies and contact information. Communicate all e-billing guidelines, and updates to key members of the Finance Team.

Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
1-3 years of full-time health care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations is preferred.
Valid Identification required
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures is preferred but not required.
