Job Title: Accounts Payable Lead
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, in office (not remote); 40 hours weekly
The Accounts Payable Lead oversees the entire AP function, ensuring timely and accurate approval and processing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments. This role is responsible for providing oversight to the accuracy and timeliness of the payable and purchasing process, maintaining compliance with company policies, and optimizing processes related to procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience with PO-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management:
Ensure proper matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (3-way match).
Monitor PO compliance and resolve discrepancies with procurement and operations teams.
Maintain accurate PO records and assist in implementing PO policies.
Invoice & Payment Processing:
Oversee timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
Give recommendations for payment runs.
Manage electronic payment systems and check processing.
Vendor Relations:
Serve as primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution.
Negotiate payment terms and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Compliance & Controls:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Support audits by providing documentation and explanations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline AP and PO processes.

Qualifications
Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in Accounts Payable, supervisory experience is a plus; experience in PO-driven environments required.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of AP processes and PO systems.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

**The Role:**

Provides telephonic professional nursing services in support of contracts serviced by Proherant to include: telephonic patient support and resource, referral source, data collector and nurse educator to patients, consumers and healthcare professionals. Works under moderate supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Adheres to principles as stipulated by program specific contractual agreements and Accredo Health Service's practices which may include:
• Patient Support: Make outbound phone calls to patients who have opted into a patient compliance program, make additional calls as directed and be available to support these patients by phone at all other times. Receive inbound phone calls from patients, healthcare professionals and consumers and provide a professional resource for inquiries.
• Resource: Answer patient, consumer and healthcare professional questions and suggest appropriate resources patients.
• Referral Source: Make appropriate referrals for additional training, support groups, program materials, or literature, and to recommend that the patients contact personal physicians for additional information, directions and care.
• Collect Data: Assemble accurate, timely, clear data and complete summary of follow-up phone calls, patient inquiries, and outcomes
• Educator: Complete patient teaching in relation to the use of products
2. Participates in program specific customer meetings and training sessions.
3. Participates in program specific orientation meetings and demonstrates clinical competency on written tests.
4. Performs special projects and performs other duties as it pertains to specific contract performance.
