Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Your Impact
Main Responsibilities:
- Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
- Strong focus on providing good customer service.
- Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
- Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
- Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.

Copy Center / Administrative:
-Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
-Self-motivated, with solid organizational skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with end users and key customer contacts.
-Promptly informs manager of potential issues, customer concerns; responds to internal and external communications.
Client Services:
-Toner replacement.
-First response to triage hardware or print related incidents.
-Process client requests for changes in print hardware in work areas.
-Document key activities in customer and internal systems / applications.
-Assist in print device moves / installations, including coordination of activities with key client support groups.
Device Maintenance:
-Responsible for customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at customer location.
-Follows daily, established maintenance processes and procedures.
-Maintains routine upkeep of equipment including cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner and loading paper.
-Evaluates equipment issues and notifies service department if unable to resolve.
-Delivers paper.
-Assists end-users in basic functionality of equipment.
-Records meter reads.
-Maintains service activity reports.
-Monitors supplies and restocks inventory.
Inventory Services:
-Processes and monitors all inventory movement within assigned responsibilities, locations and organizations.
-Analyzes ongoing activity of inventory.
-Assists in identifying slow moving and obsolete inventory or when inventory levels are low.
-Monitors and communicates status of inventory.
-Initiates, conducts and reports on Physical Inventories.

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.

Job Description
The Student Client Specialist (SCS) is our front-line team members, serving as ambassadors and guides to entrepreneurs actively working on a startup company. Your primary role on our team will be managing a subset of our portfolio, helping to recruit and form new teams, as well as walking them through the VentureCatalyst™ program. Your main mission is to spend time working one-on-one with fellow student entrepreneurs helping them to identify the customer and market, convert business models and customer intel into an executable business plan, and finally launch and get through the exit goal of securing 18-months of operating runway. This position directly supports Goal 1 of our 2021-2031 strategic plan and reports to the Director.
Expectation
This is a broad role with significant responsibility, high expectations, and considerable freedom. Your day-to-day activity will be often somewhat undefined and you must be a self-starter. While assigned to a specific team, you are expected to assist with all aspects of the CEO. Primary Responsibilities
Meet and assist startup company teams participating in VentureCatalyst™ program

**Job Duties:**
*Collections Responsibilities:*
* Identify account delinquency attributions and support a collections strategy and escalation plan and enhance a standardized process for identifying high risk accounts prior to default
* Manage accounts receivable collections at a high volume, ensuring timely payments from clients and addressing any payment discrepancies or service delivery issues that require escalation
