Prepare various fuel bar goods following company recipes
Facility Maintenance:
Prepare studio spaces before, after, and in-between classes by cleaning exercise equipment, sweeping, mopping and/or vacuuming floors, and wiping mirrors
Support in cleaning and maintaining of locker rooms to brand standard as directed
Regular deep cleaning, organization, and service of common areas, including the lobby space, FuelBar, Red Room/Lift/Ride spaces, retail shelves, locker rooms, hallways, and storage areas
Conduct small studio repairs when appropriate
Laundry services, including collecting, washing, and folding towels
Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists
Customer Service:
Ensure all existing and new clients are provided with the highest level of hospitality
Maintain client database and utilize information to increase client contact
Attend social functions within the community to generate new business, invite current and prospective clients to in-studio events, and reach out through curated clienteling tools

A Day in the Life of a Client Success Specialist
Located at our Tampa office 3-5 days per week, you'll manage your assigned clients on their journeys from getting implemented onward. Under the direction of the YMCA Engagement and Solutions Center (YES Center) Call Center Director, the YES Center Call Center Specialist will be responsible for receiving inbound and performing outbound calls that support Family Center operations and enhance the member/program participant's experience by assisting with general inquiries, performing business functions such as membership sales, cancels and adjustments, program registrations, collection of failed drafts and updating account information. When launched, outbound calls will support YMCA growth in areas of program fulfillment and optimization, member satisfaction and value added, process improvement and member retention.
The YES Center will be open extended hours to support the Call Center and Family Centers. Hours of operation may vary depending on need. Hours of operation will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to work shifts and hours is a necessity.

* Responsible for effectively communicating information to callers regarding general inquiries, Family Center information, membership, programs, and events.

* Experience with CRATE, COLISEUM, PRISM, GIMS, UNICORN, MATS, and MKG systems.
* Demonstrated ability to understand intelligence requirements and align them with collection requirements.

Position SummaryWhite & Case is seeking a Collections Specialist to support the Firm's cash flow activities.
This role involves regular communication with clients to ensure accurate and timely collection of aged receivables.
Responsibilities include following up on past due invoices, setting targets and payment plans, researching discrepancies, and resolving disputes.
The Specialist will generate aging reports for partners, inventory managers, and Firm management to monitor collections against targets.
Additionally, the role requires collaboration with these internal parties to address and resolve challenges in collecting balances on time.
Effective A/R management, with a sensitivity toward client services, is essential at both the partner and client levels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in professional communication via email, mail, and phone with individuals at various levels, especially clients, is crucial.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in helping the firm reduce aged A/R and meet collection targets.
