To be clear this is not a systems configuration role. Instead, it fully supports the finance and accounting teams using the ERP. Longer term, this role becomes QXO's functional accounting data governance lead working closely with a focus on chart of accounts management, establishing data controls and rules within fusion (i.e. cross validation rules), validating/reconciling data flows between all subsystems and Oracle, understanding/executing accounting logic flow, maintaining the SOX controls around it all and most importantly assisting stakeholders with reporting outputs. The candidate likely started their career in the big 4 / or mid tier accounting firms or on an accounting team in a large company and has migrated to accounting data management.
