Position Summary:

Provide front-line phone support and account ownership to assigned accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve level 1 Visage system proficiency and take ownership of assigned accounts.

Build Relationships

* Build enduring relationships with new and existing dealers and their key personnel to understand business challenges and opportunities.
* Frequently travel to dealer offices (and host them when in Omaha) to provide consultation, coaching and general customer service.
* Develop and cultivate relationships with dealers to inspire successful business practices by:
* Regularly check-in with dealers to grow existing relationship with the owner(s) and their management team.
* Motivate and coach the dealers to put effective, results-yielding "best practices" in place, and assist in problem solving and analysis of their business performance.
* Create positive results through collaboration and accountability.

Business Consulting

* Guide dealers in establishing and executing business plans and multi-functional best practices.
* Collaborate with the Training & Development Team and subject matter experts across the company to build business knowledge and exceed dealer expectations.
* Educate dealers on the products, technology, resources and support we provide them, and help drive and track adoption.
* Become familiar with Supportworks product solutions and their advantages in the industry.

Deploy Right Resources

* Establish effective communication channels and regular cadences to help hold dealers and Supportworks teams mutually accountable.
* Listen carefully to information provided by the dealers and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding and provide solutions and training

The Strategic Account Administrative Support Coordinator - Airgas National Carbonation is responsible for providing support to the Strategic/National Account Customers and Team. This position will be responsible for coordinating new account on-boarding activities, communicating with all levels of management, providing required reporting and working with all departments to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. The Strategic Account Administrative Support Coordinator will report directly to the Vice President of Sales - ANC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide support to the Strategic Sales team by preparing RFQs and RFPs as needed for customer presentations
  • Act as liaison between Airgas National Carbonation and Strategic Account Customers
  • Manage existing Strategic Account SharePoint site and update materials as needed
  • Work with Billing Department to ensure all special billing requirements are communicated and implemented
  • Prepare and distribute proper documentation and communication to all departments to ensure new accounts are setup and serviced correctly
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of ANC management
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as requested by Strategic Account sales team
  • Provide communication and reporting to Strategic Account customers as required
  • Respond quickly to customer issues and concerns
  • Complete administrative projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources when appropriate
