Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs complex analysis to ensure compliance with income tax regulations, accounting standards, and NCUA guidelines and monitors for changes to those regulations.Participates in and contributes to the establishment of ongoing accounting frameworks for CUSOs.Balances and reconciles assigned general ledger accounts; prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports.Performs research on tax related issues and assists with preparation of tax forms.Prepares a variety of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for RFCU and CUSOs on a monthly and annual basis.Serves as a resource/reviewer for fixed assets and accounts receivable.Assists with the preparation of the annual audited financial statements and the NCUA Call Report by summarizing data, preparing reports, presenting findings, and making recommendations.Assists with process improvements and makes recommendations for improvements to the efficiency and accuracy of business processes, all while keeping adequate controls in place to safeguard the asset of RFCU and related entities.Finds ways to continually improve the efficiency of departmental processes to provide the best service to our internal and external members.Assists staff in interpreting and applying policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Develops teamwork and collaborative relationships within the Credit Union.Promotes the Credit Union by participating in community involvement and special events.

1. Responsible for business success from the technology point of view by management of install Base and new products Application Performance to drive Customer Satisfaction & Identify Business Risks. Responsible for managing the definition and implementation of processes and applications, to meet the customers current and future requirements for productivity and leading edge technology, using Applied Materials products.
