What you will do Provides day-to-day direction and assistance to surgical technologists. Monitors the work of others and serves as a resource for surgical technologists by answering questions, researching issues, and resolving problems. Collaborates with technical staff in organizing daily workflow and patient care. Coordinates scheduling of staff and equipment/supplies as appropriate to meet surgery schedule needs, within budgetary and productivity requirements. Assists with on-the-job training, education and in-service programs to ensure a high level of technical skill and compliance with continuing education requirements.
