The Staff Accountant is responsible for the coordination, preparation, review and accuracy of a variety of assigned professional accounting functions. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Duties) * Maintain regular and recurring entries, allocations and re-classifications to journals, registers and general ledger. Total and balance all records in accordance with established month-end and year-end closing procedures. * Prepare a variety of complex accounting reports and ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for assigned and special projects. * Responsible for the fixed assets and inventory accounting and related reconciliations.
