    Reports to: VP Consolidations & Finance Systems Job Type: Full-Time As an ERP Accounting Flows, Data & Reporting Lead at QXO supporting the finance and accounting teams, you'll play a key role in the implementation, testing, validation, reconciliation and maintenance around all data flows and act as a functional chart of accounts / finance data governance lead of our Oracle Cloud Finance Systems Suite (i.e. Oracle ERP / EPM). To be clear this is not a systems configuration role. Instead, it fully supports the finance and accounting teams using the ERP. Longer term, this role becomes QXO's functional accounting data governance lead working closely with a focus on chart of accounts management, establishing data controls and rules within fusion (i.e. cross validation rules), validating/reconciling data flows between all subsystems and Oracle, understanding/executing accounting logic flow, maintaining the SOX controls around it all and most importantly assisting stakeholders with reporting outputs. What you'll do: Serve as a key leader in the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance sub-systems, with primary accountability for establishing, validating, and reconciling end-to-end financial data flows from Fusion's sub ledgers like the inventory sub system (validating Landed Cost freight, rebate, and cost propagation), Order Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, other finance-critical modules.
