Maintain an up-to-date vendor database and assist with vendor onboarding. Payment Processing Prepare and process weekly payments through Bill.com. Verify invoice approvals, payment amounts, and documentation prior to disbursement. Ensure payments are issued accurately and on schedule. Internal Coordination Collaborate with internal departments to verify charges, approvals, and compliance with company policies. Assist with monthly closing activities related to AP. Support audits by providing requested AP documentation. REQUIREMENTS Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
