The Director of Asset Accounting (Infrastructure) is responsible for the overall quality of the accounting and reporting of the entire portfolio of infrastructure assets held within the infrastructure funds, including oversight of the infrastructure asset accounting team. The Director will assist their staff as needed with respect to technical issues, problem solving and training and liaise with the fund accounting team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Understand complex legal asset structures, including tax equity partnership flip structures and ensure operations in accordance with the respective agreements Oversee individual asset level financial audits, coordinate with external auditors, including audit testing and preparation of the annual audited financial statements Review and assist as necessary with the preparation of the asset reporting packages to meet investor/fund/lender requirements on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Responsible for technical accounting compliance, including consultation with external auditors on complex accounting and tax issues, as necessary Assist with the preparation and review of loan documentation for asset level financing and refinancing Prepare/review waterfalls and distributions for asset level entities Onboard newly acquired assets for setting up of financial reporting Coordinate and interact with the Investments team with respect to accounting and reporting issues for new and ongoing investments Coordinate financial reporting and accounting with multiple joint venture partners with varying levels of expertise Assist with the investment level IRR model, at a minimum on a quarterly basis Establish and support standard practices and procedures for all record keeping and reporting to ensure compliance with internal and GAAP standards Review of and input to annual asset level budgets and forecasts Work with the development team and the construction accounting team to manage job-costing process

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Perform ad hoc projects and analyses Work remotely, nights and weekends as needed and with short notice (for time sensitive requests).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES High-level oversight of work assignments of asset accounting staff including but not limited to, setting performance expectations, providing feedback/coaching on performance and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work assignments.Responsible for staffing of newly acquired assets including but not limited to evaluation of existing financial staff, hiring new staff and training staff on CIM procedures
