What we need
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to own and manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant responsibility and visibility across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial accounting, deep expertise in inventory and cost accounting, and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP. While this position does not have direct reports today, it is well-suited for someone who can operate independently while building processes that will scale as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
Manage daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash applications, and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and monthly account reconciliations.
Lead month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Inventory & Cost Accounting
Oversee inventory accounting, including reconciliations, valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure accurate capture of inventory movements and adjustments.
Enhance processes to drive accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
Provide analysis and insights on financial results, including variance to budget/forecast.
Support annual budget and forecasting cycles.
Systems & Process Improvements
Act as the company's NetSuite power user, optimizing workflows and reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability and efficiency.
Audit & Compliance
Support external audits and other compliance requirements with accurate documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus but not required).
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a product-based, inventory-intensive, or high-growth business.
Strong technical accounting skills with a deep understanding of GAAP.
Proven experience in inventory and cost accounting.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required).
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability.
Self-starter who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

How You'll Make a Difference
The Asset Manager is responsible for helping to develop and maintain asset-level financial models that forecast detailed profit and loss in order to optimize cash flow at the property level. This role closely interacts with our Accounting, Marketing and Operations Team to ensure successful implementation of our financial initiatives.
Assists in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.
Assists in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the portfolio to WWG partners, JV partners and 3rd-party owners.

Oversee accounting for inventory and fixed assets, cost accounting, equity-based compensation, overhead rates, and project accounting, with specific application to government contract requirements (CAS).
Support post M&A integration activities, including consolidation of financial results, alignment of accounting policies, and integration of systems and controls.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, supporting quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls and coordinate with IT to ensure effective operation of ERP and reporting systems.
Support audits from government agencies and tax authorities, including DCAA, Department of State, IRS, and state-level agencies.
Monitor developments in accounting and regulatory standards to ensure continued compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, or 7+ years with combination of corporate and public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred).
5+ years in accounting leadership roles, successfully leading teams in complex organizations.
Experience in supporting SEC reporting required; proven track record supporting filings for a publicly traded company.
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, and government contract accounting (FAR/CAS).
Experience with consolidation of foreign entity with local functional currency
Experience supporting M&A transactions, including purchase accounting and post-close integrations.
Knowledge of income tax accounting and equity-based compensation.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle EPM, FCCS, ARCS a plus).

• Partner with the Hotel Controller, senior finance leaders and hotel operations to ensure that they continually perform to expectations, managing payroll cost and expense with a focus on guest centric initiatives and guest satisfaction
• Support as needed the Hotel Controller, the Area Director of Finance, Director of Finance Hotel Bel-Air and hotel operations on the development of the Annual Business Plan, Financial and Capital Budgets
• Help lead and drive the Monthly P&L and Financial Statement preparation (monthly standard journal entries and correcting entries), in partnership with the Hotel Controller and senior finance leaders
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner and review with the Hotel Controller, ADOF and DOF HBA
• Support the Hotel Controller and the Staff Accountants during the Annual audits including financial audit, 401K audit and any others that may arise in the course of business from tax authorities
• Monthly reconciliation of the capital purchases, approved projects in progress, and future planning for projects to come
• Support the Hotel Controller with Quarterly/Annual reporting to United States Census Bureau and Bureau of Economic Analysis
• Support the Hotel Controller with the monthly, quarterly and annual filing
• Verify the accuracy and quantity of work produced on a daily, weekly, monthly basis for all areas of Accounting

We are seeking a Business Controller to join our growing team based in Irvine HQ or Fontana, CA. This role will be a crucial member of the Finance Business Partner Team to take the North America Business to the next level!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseas Business Expansion and Cooperation: Participate in the entire process of overseas business expansion and partnerships, including contract negotiation and review, and identify and assess financial risks.
2. Cross-Departmental Communication and Resource Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental communication and resource coordination among business, finance, tax, and legal teams to ensure the implementation of business processes.
3. Financial Consultation: Provide answers to basic financial queries from the business side. Collaborate with relevant parties to evaluate complex financial issues and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifications:
