Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards. Manage and refine internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and financial integrity. Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Analyze practice performance, physician productivity, and departmental profitability; identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
